Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing YuanYu. Since we provide various types of products and services such as digital content, SaaS subscriptions, and physical hardware, different products have different refund and cancellation policies. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Virtual Currency and Digital Services

  • Virtual currency: The purchased 'Virtue Coins' or single AI divination quota are consumable digital products. Once recharged and credited, the transaction is considered complete and no refunds will be given.
  • Destiny Blueprint Report: Since generating a high-precision astrology and numerology report of 50-150 pages consumes extremely large server computing power and AI resources, once the system starts "Compiling", it means the service has been delivered and refunds or cancellations are not supported. If the report cannot be generated due to a serious system failure, we will provide you with a full refund or free retry.

3. Member subscription cancellation (App Store / Google Play)

If you purchased our auto-renewing subscription (such as the "Seeker", "Practitioner", "Master" plans) through Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • Cancel Renewal: You must manually cancel auto-renewal in your device account settings (Apple ID or Google Play subscription center) at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refund: After canceling your subscription, you will continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. We cannot provide a prorated refund for the remaining time of an incomplete month.
  • Refund application: All subscription payments made through the app store are handled directly by Apple or Google. To apply for a refund, you must submit an application directly to the corresponding app store customer service. YuanYu has no authority to process refunds for you in the system backend.

4. Destiny Box (Hardware) Pre-sale and Return/Exchange

  • Cancellation before shipment: Before the official shipment of the Destiny Box, you can contact us at any time to cancel the pre-order, and we will provide a full unconditional refund.
  • Defect Exchange: If the Tianming Box you received has a physical defect not caused by human factors or cannot be turned on, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will provide you with free replacement or refund service.
  • No-reason return: For destiny boxes that have been unsealed, activated, and bound to a personal horoscope, due to the involvement of metaphysical magnetic field binding and hardware activation, unless there is a quality issue, no-reason returns for 'not wanting it anymore' are not supported.
