Is it a good year to change jobs? (Fan Yin year)

My current luck cycle clashes with my Year Pillar (Fan Yin). I'm feeling very unstable at work. Is it better to stay put or move?

If it's a clash year, moving is actually good. 'Dong' (Movement) reduces impact.

I changed jobs during a clash year and it was stressful but profitable.

Better stay. A clash means instability, don't add more.
